Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission (RGCSM) is an Autonomous Institution operating across India, dedicated to the vision of "Information & Technology for All". The mission, initiated by an ISO 9001:2008/2015 Certified Society, aims to bring computer literacy to every corner of the country, especially in rural and semi-urban areas, by providing quality technical education at very nominal charges.

As an organization focused on social justice, RGCSM's primary objective is to make IT education accessible to all groups, including middle-class families, school students, housewives, and executives. The institute runs a vast network of Authorized Study Centers across 18+ states, with a goal of contributing to the Government of India's dream of a "Hi-Tech India."

The Rishikesh center, like others, offers a wide range of long and short-term courses designed based on market demand. These include comprehensive programs like the Advance Diploma in Computer Application (ADCA), Basic Computer Course (BCC), Certificate in C & C++, and specialized courses in Web Designing, Hardware & Networking, and Computer Accounting. RGCSM ensures students receive cost-free course material and government-recognized certifications.
