    • BIZELEVEN lacks control and responsibility for the quality, safety, authenticity, legality, or availability of products or services offered on the Website. It also cannot guarantee the completion of sales by User(s) selling or providing goods or services, nor the completion of purchases by User(s) procuring goods or services. This Agreement does not establish any partnership, joint venture, or other business association between BIZELEVEN and any other party.

    Bizeleven extends various services to its customers, each defined as follows:

    • “Leading Supplier”: Prioritizes User(s) within selected categories on Bizeleven, thereby enhancing product visibility.
    • “Star Supplier”: An Bizeleven add-on service granting priority listing in chosen product categories, resulting in increased leads and inquiries.
    • “TrustSEAL”: A seal bestowed upon User(s) after validating their business-related documents and information.
    • “Maximiser”: Allows User(s) to maximize their return on investment by utilizing specialized features.
    • “Mini Dynamic Catalog”: A professionally designed catalog on Bizeleven, enabling independent control for adding, deleting, or editing text and images.
    • “Verified” User(s): Attained when User(s) have verified their primary/secondary information, mobile, or email with BIZELEVEN.

    User(s) Eligibility

    • User(s) attest that they possess the entitlement to avail or employ BIZELEVEN’s services, encompassing the Website and any other services offered by BIZELEVEN in relation to the Website (“BIZELEVEN’s Services”). BIZELEVEN’s Services are exclusive to individuals, business entities (including sole proprietorships, companies, and partnerships), authorized under applicable law to form legally binding agreements. Consequently, natural persons under 18 years of age and entities lacking legal authorization to operate in India or other jurisdictions are barred from using BIZELEVEN’s Services.

    • URLs and sub-domain names assigned by BIZELEVEN to User(s), whether paid or free, are BIZELEVEN’s exclusive property and not permanent. BIZELEVEN reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or edit these URLs/sub-domains without notice. In such cases, BIZELEVEN is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
